Just completed Day 85 of P90X – 1 hr and 32 minutes of Yoga X!
Excellent workout this morning – definitely feeling stronger and more flexible than I ever have in my life.
The first few times Robyn and I did Yoga X it was excruciating – seriously, it was that one video that made you want to scrap P90X all together, but as you know we stuck it out….and the truth is that overtime it becomes not only doable, but you look back at the Yoga routine and conclude that it may be the most important video of all for building strength and working (and stretching) parts of the body you’ve never worked and stretched before.
Upward Dog, Downward dog, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Chair Pose, Warrior I, Warrior II, Warrior III……..I’ll miss it when P90X ends for us in 5 days. However, I know there is at least one more Yoga X before we are complete.
