Just completed Day 83 of P90X – Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps + Ab Ripper X.

Chest Shoulders Back P90X

Well….today was the last muscle building exercise of our 90 Day workout – the final 7 days will be all cardio.

After doing what felt like 1 million push-ups this morning I can tell you I’m happy to be done with Tony Horton’s crazy P90X muscle building videos – they are great….don’t get me wrong, but for me the push-up routines didn’t seem to get all that much easier over time.

Up tomorrow is Yoga X.
