Just completed Day 76 of P90X – Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – for me, Legs & Back is one of the most calorie burning (maybe the most) exercises of the entire P90X series.
Today was one of those days for whatever the reason that I was feeling great – even the most challenging of leg exercises (i.e. wall squats) weren’t bad at all – I wasn’t paying attention to the timer (bottom right of screen on video) as much as I typically do and I just felt great!
Down 19 lbs since inception.
Tomorrow we have Kenpo X…on of my favorites!
