Just finished Day 74 of P90X – Shoulders and Arms.
Shoulders and Arms rotates three exercises and repeats them – (1) shoulders (presses, raises, etc.), (2) Biceps (all kinds of dumbbell curls), and (3) Triceps (Dumbbell extensions, chair squats, etc.)
The total routine is 59 minutes and is fast paced…one exercise to the next.
Shoulders and Arms….for me is one of the easier workouts, but focuses on vanity muscles so it may be the most important.
Day 75 tomorrow – it’s been an amazing ride. Down almost 20 lbs and ready to run a marathon….don’t know about that, but feel great!
