Just finished 53 minutes of Chest & Back and 16 minutes of Ab Ripper X.

Chest & back P90X

Solid workout today – good old fashioned push-ups kick my butt every time!

Today’s workout is broken in to 12 different exercises with an equal combination of chest (push-up) & back (pull-up) routines. Once you finish the first 12 exercises it repeats. Push-ups include standard, military, decline, and more, while pull-ups include close grip, wide grip, reverse grip, and more.

Feeling good.
