Just completed Day 70 of P90X – Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps.

Definitely one of the hardest weight training videos because of the amount (and complexity) of push-ups.

Maybe it’s just me and I have abnormally wimpy chest strength….but by about 30 minutes of the video doing even a few push-ups is not easy. Yes, I do them anyway…and it burns, but it’s not easy.

To boot, as if burning through 80-100 push-ups wasn’t challenging enough – the last two push-up exercises are (1) one-handed push-ups and (2) Plyometrics (jump or clap) push-ups. Yepper, the real deal – if you do P90X I’d love to know what you think about the push-up routines.

Am I just a wimp?

BTW – Robyn has left for the day / night to Atlantic City for a bachelorette party with her girlfriends.

Kidding….I’m on full-time duty with Kris Jr. and my wonderful mother-in-law Terry is helping out with Lauren.

I’m going to take Kris Jr. for his first row boat ride today since we will be visiting my brother Rick who lives on a lake. Should be fun! Man overboard – kidding. :)
