Finished Day 68 today – Legs & Back with an additional 16 minutes of ass-kicking ab ripper X.

As I’ve said in the past the P90X legs workout is my favorite of all the strength training videos – I seat like a dog and when done feel that I burned a ton of calories.

Despite the fact that we are approaching Day 70 I’m still not entirely used to waking up at 6a.m. to workout.

Granted….with two kids Robyn and I don’t have a choice – it would be nearly impossible to stay committed to P90X if we tried to balance it against it against the normal routine of Kris Jr and Lauren – the reason is that there is almost nothing “normal” about the routine since they completely dictate what they want when they want it……no nappy in the morning…..no nappy in the afternoon…..it’s impossible to predict!
