Just finished Day 66 of P90X – Back & Biceps + Ab Ripper X.

Back & Biceps

24 days remain.

Today’s workout is the shortest of the bunch coming in at a resounding 52 minutes (+ 16 more minutes for ab ripper X).

What man does not like to get a bicep pump?

Heck – I used to do push-ups and arm curls before dates and proms in high school.

Come on guy friends – you did too! :)

BTW – saw an old friend last night at Lowe’s – he looked at me and said – “Holy S*** – what happened to you?” (in a good way). Last time he saw me I was nearly 20 lbs heavier. He’s a former Division I football player so I’m guessing he knows all about gaining and losing weight and muscle.

    Ya know….people keep asking me that – I’ll probably post them somewhere, but I’m not sure I’m vein (or confident) enough to post them here. We’ll see. :)

    Yeah, of course…..I totally love bicep workouts for the ladies.
