Solid workout today for Day 59 of P90X!

Shoulders & Arms P90X

Today was Shoulders and Arms (with Triceps). In general the workout consists of dumbbell routines as you would think – lots of bicep curls and shoulder presses.

Good stuff.

Well….I’m off to South Beach for a 5-day vacation – no worries, the P90X DVD’s are coming along – we have Yoga X tomorrow plus I’ll be announcing my charity as part of the P90X Challenge – my charity will get $1,000 from Robyn and I for us hitting Day 60!!!!
