Just finished a nice early morning Plyometrics – or as it is often referred “jump training.”

According to the folks at P90X Plyometrics is an explosive jumping cardio routine proven to dramatically improve athletic performance.

In my opinion, you burn more calories during the P90X Plyometrics routine than any other P90X DVD.

I’m heading to South Beach in the morning after working on Shoulders & Arms at 6am.
