Day 53 of P90X – Stretch X complete.

Today was 60 minutes of Stretch X – the purpose of the video is to increase performance and minimize injury through stretch. In fact, the P90X site suggests that Stretch X helps to achieve a higher level of athleticism over a longer period of time, plus prevent injuries and avoid plateaus.

I don’t have too much to say about this workout since it isn’t all that difficult, but I can tell you that my flexibility has increased pretty dramatically since starting P90X – while I’m nowhere near as flexible as the folks in the video I’m come a long way.
