Day 45 of P90X – Back & Biceps + Ab Ripper X complete.
Great workout – it doesn’t hurt that this video is the shortest of all…but nonetheless Robyn and I feel great that we’ve completed exactly 50% of P90X – should be a breeze from here until the end on Day 90.
BTW – sorry that the blog was offline for a few days. Somehow, someway the blog got hijacked and my Web dev team worked non-stop for hours to fix.
Once I dig out a bit here I intend to post more often.
