Great workout this morning – Kenpo X…..58 minutes of punching, kicking, and more punching and kicking!

Kenpo X

Kenpo is my favorite of all P90X workouts because for me it leaved me feeling like I just dropped 2,000 calories – I’m not sure if that’s the case, but I can tell you if you want to lose weight you will with Kenpo X.

Next up tomorrow – R & R (aka Rest & Relaxation). :)
