Just finished day 35 of P90X – Kenpo X.
Kenpo is 60 minutes of intense cardio focused primarily on karate moves….including hundreds of kicks and punches – stuff like jabs, uppercuts, blocks. back kicks, side kicks, front kicks, and more.
I’ve shared with my friends on Facebook and Twitter and Kenpo is my favorite of all the P90X workouts – to me, it’s what P90X is all about – intensity, sweat, energy, and and more sweat!
Tomorrow starts Week 6 of P90 X.
I’ve decided to start updating my readers here on a daily basis.
