Just completed Day 9 of P90X – Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps.
Holy push-ups Charlie Brown!
No kidding….I just did more push-ups over the last 60 minutes than I did cumulative in my entire life (probably not true, but it sure felt like it!).
While I worked up a nice sweat during today’s DVD the focus was mostly on weight lifting…..by weight lifting I mean dumbbells and lots of push-ups.
My wife Robyn uses resistance bands instead of weights – I used her bands for a rep or two and I’ll tell you what….I’m going to buy myself a set of bands – perfect resistance, helps with form, and makes it easy to burn without compromising form.
Next up – Day 10…Back and Biceps.
